Amerifit Nutrition offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of its products. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we recommend that you ask the retailer that sold it to you to refund your money. If the retailer will not accept the product, you may return it directly to us.

To process a refund request, please send:

The unused portion and package of the product you purchased
Your name, mailing address and telephone number
Store receipt clearly indicating the purchase price of the product
A note explaining the reason for the return or exchange and the name of the store where the product was purchased

If you do not have all the necessary information we will not be able to provide a refund.
Refunds are only for the value of the product. A refund will not be provided for taxes incurred or shipping expenses, including postage.
We recommend shipping your return via certified mail, UPS or some other service that will confirm delivery of your items.
